Truth to be told
let's face it
Running a retreat is one of the most rewarding things, but it also comes with a LOT OF WORK. Especially, if you’re the only facilitator, all the weight is on your shoulders. You have to be 24 hours on and barely get a second for yourself.
Often you don’t even get to relax between the program activities, and on a retreat, you want to be anything than stressed – especially as your guests come to relax and recharge.
Having to be responsible for it all is a huge burden, no matter if this is your first retreat or you’ve been running the show alone for a while, and know it’s time for support, so you can show up at your best and create a once in a life time experience for your guests.
