Both online and in-person sessions are equally powerful — the energy is not limited by distance. In-person allows for physical presence, while online gives you the comfort of being in your own safe space. It comes down to your preference and location.

Come as you are. It’s best to wear comfortable clothes, be in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and bring an open mind and heart. 

Experiences vary. You may feel sensations like warmth, tingling, or waves of energy. Emotions may surface, and sometimes physical releases (like tears, shaking, or laughter) occur. Others feel deep calm or even bliss. Whatever happens, it’s exactly what your system needs.

Many people feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves. Some notice ongoing shifts for days afterward. It’s helpful to rest, hydrate, and allow integration. I’m also available for a short check-in if you need support afterward.
